How do I cancel my service so I am no longer billed?

Looking to cancel your services so you are no longer billed? Well, you are in the right place.

Note: Until you place a request for service cancellation, you will continue to accumulate usage charges and are liable to pay the same in full. Merely not using the services or licenses does not qualify for the usage charges to stop accumulating. All service cancellation requests must be received in writing via email or through the Service Termination Form at least 45-60 days in advance or prior to the renewal date (whichever is earlier).
